The Compensation and Benefits team is part of the department “Group Remuneration and Organisational Effectiveness” and as such responsible for group-wide steering related to remuneration policies and practices of Erste Group Bank AG. In our day-to-day business, we interact as a center of competence in remuneration related topics and with clients such as HR business partners, executives or members of executive and supervisory board committees throughout the whole group.

Requisiti principali:


  • are currently enrolled at a university/’Fachhochschule’ (with a focus on economics, law, or equivalent)
  • are a professional beginner or have already gained elementary skills and experience in performance management
  • have an affinity to catch complex processes easily and create a context with internal processes
  • possess a good command of MS Office applications (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • have a strength in analytical thinking, organizational and negotiation skills as well as excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal in German and English)
