The internship assignment

As an Intern, you will collaborate with experienced technicians to help provide technical guidance within various levels. You will have the opportunity to provide our internal workforce with Software, Desktop hardware and infrastructure related support. You will achieve IT Operations operational objectives by maintaining current systems, records; evaluates, tests, and documents physical IT assets.

Learning goals & Tasks

  • With our ever increasing business, the scope of our IT support requirements continues to grow, and as such we are able to offer in interesting internship within our IT Operations Team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience of working within IT whilst working alongside knowledgeable IT professionals

  • Become experienced in face-to-face end users support mechanics

  • Develop analytic problem solving skills

  • Understanding the business requirements and how to resolve within timeframes as defined in the team’s SLAs and/or project requirements

  • This role is available across various Tesla locations in Amsterdam and Tilburg

  • Meet IT Operations service requirements by resolving low to medium priority needs of user/departments

  • Ensure quality results by executing prescribed steps in existing IT Operations documentation for problem resolution and given instructions

  • Maintain high availability to users to assist with day-to-day needs

 

Requisiti principali:
  • Fluency in English (excellent written and verbal skills)

  • Currently working towards a BS, MS, or other graduate degree in a relevant engineering program (including, but not limited to: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, and Information Systems)

  • Experience with the following; Windows, Mac OS, and Active directory

  • Knowledge and experience with ticketing systems

  • You must be self-managed and committed to working in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional and positive communication skills

  • Previous internship and/or project experience is a plus

  • Provide exceptional customer service

  • Student active status during the 6-month internship
