Attività:
  • Main Task: Assist in the planning, organization and execution of a big internal event (Our "Innovation Day" is Lufthansa Techniks annual event highlight to experience the results of the ingenuity of our employees and our innovation culture. It is an internal conference-fair with a variety of interaction and features with about 2.500 Visitors)
  • Development, planning and execution an event concept
  • Support with organizational tasks and steering like (external) speaker coordination, coordination of service providers, creative agencies etc
  • Support with set-up (incl. design & layout)
  • Support and administrative duties such as creating presentations, meeting minutes and documentation
  • Development and execution of the internal communication and promotion 
  • Gain experience in event management, communication & marketing
  • Gain insights into exiting technology projects & products
Requisiti principali:
  • At the date of your internship you have at least completed the 3rd semester or higher of a Bachelor’s or degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business Studies or another related field
  • Enrolled during the whole period of the internship (please attach the current certificate of enrollment) or internship between Bachelor and Master studies (Gap-Year), more information about Gap-Year you can find here: https://www.be-lufthansa.com/de/faqs-be-lufthansa/lufthansa/praktikum-studienabschlussarbeit/
  • You are interested in aircraft related topics, technology and innovation
  • You have previous practical experience in the field (qualified job, internship or apprenticeship)
  • You have experience with event organization and management
  • You ideally have practical experience in content creation & media
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken English
  • You have very good PC skills (MS Office, especially MS Power Point)
