  • Prepare and coordinate meetings with creative teams/advertising agencies
  • Anticipate production and shooting preparation (mock ups, texture, timings…)
  • Follow up of claims validation with our regulatory department
  • Enrich presentations for launch notes & toolboxes provided to our key countries
  • Organize regular meetings with multi-functional teams (merchandising, windows…)
  • Attend brainstorming sessions (creative, insights…)
  • Update internal tools on a very regular basis (retroplannings, books…)
  • Support the team working on how to improve existing processes
  • Develop insightful competitive reviews integrating latest campaigns & trends.
Requisiti principali:
  • Students looking for an end-of-studies internship or gap-year internship
  • Fluency in French and English is key
  • Previous experience in an advertising agency or in a company is a plus.
  • Ability to understand the brand, the retail and cosmetic environment
