Attività:

 

Legal

  • Support the team on procedures, processes and current corporate governance projects such as the implementation of new rules and regulations
  • Support in daily monitoring and analysis of the intercompany structures
  • Assist lawyers with legal market data gathering and analysis
  • Maintenance of legal databases and in-house libraries
  • Perform signatures verification coming from different internal and external sources on applications and other certification forms, provide feedback to responsible Relationship Manager and follow-up on outstanding cases
  • Participate in video conferences and meetings with colleagues in Frankfurt

Compliance

  • Assist in on-boarding of new clients, ensure accurate and timely adherence to CBL’s KYC procedures and requirements 
  • Support in KYC review by providing documentation support and adverse media searches
  • Assessment, review and gathering of client KYC documentation
  • Liaise with RMs and Account Administration regarding documentation requirements

Audit

  • Support the audit team in ad-hoc projects
  • Update the tools used to centralize data coming from various sources in using Excel, Access, etc.
  • Contribute to the improvement of all tools and material such as procedure, guidance used in the department
  • Perform the periodic reporting (data extraction, statistics generation)
Requisiti principali:
  • You must be enrolled in a relevant academic programme (Law, Compliance, Audit or similar) recognised by the state and must have completed at least the first 2 years of your university studies
  • Your internship must be covered by internship agreement
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Critical thinking and an ability to understand how economic analyses may articulate with legal concepts.
  • Good communication skills with ability to work independently as well as a team in an international environment
  • Good command of MS-Office applications (Access, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (French or German would be an asset)
