Attività:
  • Supporting the Supply Chain Management and Business Development team in evaluating and measuring lead time of demand and planning processes, from Lead Generation to Customer delivery, will be your task

  • You are going to gather and interpret relevant data (demand patterns, volumes, costs) and provide analytical support

  • To improve digitalization and collaboration, you will harmonize/consolidate information and design and implement new tools (e.g. with Microsoft SharePoint), while creating reports and dashboards

  • You will investigate, document and map existing SCM processes, find problems, root causes and make proposal for improvements

  • In addition, designing and monitoring databases as well as ensuring data quality and accuracy will be part of your work

Requisiti principali:
  • You are a registered student (m/f/d) in the area of Business Administration or Logistics with major in Supply Chain Management and/or Information Technology
  • Ideally, you hold previous practical experiences (e.g. apprenticeship or internship)
  • You are easily self-motivated and have a strong team spirit, as well as a proactive way of working, flexibility & enthusiasm
  • In addition, you bring a high numerical affinity, distinctive analytical- & problem solving skills, and the ability to process and analyze data
  • You are a good communicator – able to grasp technical concepts required to understand overall project scope and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members
  • Excellent MS Excel skills are mandatory, as well as solid experience with database design and utilization (e.g. MS Access, SQL)
  • Overall Knowledge of MS Office Suite, MS Visio and SharePoint, as well as knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Finally, your commands in English are excellent, German is a plus
