  • Define and build the asset library structure across all product lines (organizational design, change, team effectiveness) and build the process for identifying, collecting and simplifying assets
  • Support the development and interlinkage of highly user friendly product portals across all product lines measured by usage and NPS across all customer groups
  • Ongoing usability testing and feedback collection by hands on support delivering solutions from the asset library
  • Ensure the quality of all published assets on the product portals to ensure minimum follow up questions and high NPS for all individual assets
Requisiti principali:
  • Degree or an enrolled student in the field of business economics (with focus on human resources), psychology or other similar field
  • Ideally first working experience within the HR field and you would like to deepen your knowledge
  • Knowledge of design thinking methodologies and have a customer-centric mindset
  • Independent and autonomous working style, and organizational skills
  • Very good written and spoken English language
