Attività:

Main Tasks 

  • Providing policy analysis, legislative and institutional updates and research strengthening LightingEurope´s advocacy role 
  • Helping to engage both external and internal stakeholders in policy issues of relevance to LightingEurope (through event and web visibility projects)
  • Support planning (content, outreach to speakers, operations/logistics, communications) for LightingEurope event in March 2020 targeting the global lighting industry
  • Support in the organisation and delivery of LightingEurope internal meetings with members (face to face meetings, conference calls)

Contacts with EU Policymakers and the Lighting Industry

  • Monitoring and reporting on the agendas and legislation of the relevant Directorate Generals in the European Commission and European Parliament Committees, in particular addressing Environment, Industry, Energy, Internal Market and Digital issues
  • Helping to establish and maintain contacts with key MEPs as well as their staff and secretariats 
  • Helping collate and deliver content for LightingEurope Marketing & Communication strategies 
Requisiti principali:
  • University degree in politics, economics, law or business (preferably at a Master level)
  • Excellent command of English with additional fluency in one or two other working languages of the EU
