As a dedicated Customer Professional Intern you will become one of the primary faces of F&L to our customers. You will manage the Order to Cash process in coordination with a number of connected functions. Our teams handle everything from setting up customers in our systems, order placing and follow up with our delivering locations worldwide, customers’ communication, billing, payment collection and bookings to customer accounts.

Requisiti principali:
  • University degree (ongoing)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) and preferably another European language (German, French, Italian, Dutch, Norwegian)
  • A customer centric attitude, attention to details and the ability to prioritize
  • The willingness to work in a multicultural environment
  • A positive attitude to promote team spirit and teamwork
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to value diversity
