The Support Services department is responsible for flawless execution and on time delivery of all Customer orders in Subsea Business Unit. We provide support for various areas within ER region: Projects, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Planning, Logistic, Quality and Document Management. Your tasks:

  • Extend Materials to between plants in SAP
  • Spare parts pricing
  • Prepare and update project schedules and reports
  • Register supplier documents into SAP
  • Follow up of PO-related documents from suppliers
  • Provide additional support where required in order to provide the best possible service to our internal and external customers
  • Other tasks delegated by Manager and Team Leader.
Requisiti principali:
  • Student after 3rd year of studies
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Availability to work 20-30 hours a week
  • Communicative level of spoken and written English,
  • Good communication skills and team-player spirit
  • Systematic, open minded, reliable person
  • Attention to details, ability to work with big amount of data.
