  • Support Recruitment and Development Advisors on the recruitment of Interns. This will include screening, shortlisting and telephone interviewing candidates as and when required.
  • Post positions on Talentlink (Advertising platform)
  • Arrange interviews and support the coordination of assessment centres
  • Coordinate University Events and Employer Branding activities Manage all New Starter processes (IT Forms & HR induction meeting)
  • Compile Reference requests as and when required. Prepare Contract Packs for all new starters
  • Create and send leaver letters
  • Support on ad-hoc data request
  • Upload all New Starter announcements onto the Internal Intranet
  • Administrating excel testing for any applicable candidates
  • Arrange room bookings as and when required for the team
