Support the Transaction Advisory Group with the preparation of various Business Development materials, including:

  • Pitch documents
  • Detailed business overview documents which include financial analysis of potential targets
  • Maintain the case study/deal tombstone database
  • Industry/sector packs

 Keep the team updated with M&A news and deals coming to market

  • Maintain the deal tracker and keep updated with information from members of the team
  • Stay plugged into various news channels (Mergermarket, Debtwire etc.)
  • Prepare the team for business development meetings by providing them with data on relevant deals to raise with clients
  • Attend meetings with other advisors in order to gather market intelligence

 Act as administrator for Salesforce for Private Equity Services, including:

  • Maintaining and developing pipeline dashboards/ reports and supporting analysis and interpretation of data
  • Keeping a keen eye on Salesforce usage and the opportunity pipeline
  • Delivering periodic KPI’s from Salesforce and input into the annual review process.
Requisiti principali:
  • Experience of working within a Business Development or a revenue generating role
  • Knowledge or previous experience of the Private Equity market would be ideal but is not as essential as a keen and demonstrated interest in learning more about this sector
  • A background in finance and/or accounting is desirable
  • Strong communication and analytical capabilities
  • Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, gravitas, and be able to form strong working relationships with senior members of the team and those of other practices
  • Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to take ownership of work and work to tight deadlines
  • Experience with a CRM system, ideally Salesforce, desirable
  • A positive attitude, energetic approach and self-motivation
  • Fluency in other European languages desirable but not essential
  • University degree
