Attività:
  • Perform literature and patent search related to the product category
  • In collaboration with Nestlé colleagues, define the areas to explore and the trial plan
  • Plan, prepare and run kitchen trials and/or pilot plant trials
  • Organize raw materials ordering, product analyses including sensory, and release of samples
  • Organize meetings with concerned team, and regular update
  • Document, report and present project results internally to the company
Requisiti principali:
  • Master degree student in food technology for first working experience (still enrolled at start date)
  • Strong interest in product development and product ingredients
  • At ease and cooperating well in a team, autonomous, organized, pro-active
  • Good written and oral English communication, presentation and reporting skills; basic German an asset
