You will help to introduce operational purchasing processes for materials and indirect services to countries through trainings and communication materials preparations.
You will develop a ‘preferred supplier database’ model that can be used by FLs to educate and communicate to end-users about suppliers to be used and create introduction materials for it.
You will support the global indirect sourcing team in negotiation preparations and implementation of contracts to countries.
You will support in ensuring Supplier related documentation is updated and available.
You will learn and understand the KONE Sourcing and Purchasing processes.
Database logic understanding and tool development skills to conceptualize and potentially develop a ‘preferred supplier database’ (system or tool to be defined).
Ability to explore requirements and summarize needs into clear concepts for development/implementation
Ability to create convincing and strong communication materials
Strong Excel/Access or similar analysis/database tools skills
Strong communication skills and training skills, fluent in English
Interested to work with international stakeholders
Willingness to travel
Master's level studies or a recently completed degree in business, Sourcing or IT development
