You will work as an active and hands-on member of the FSM deployment team, during the Preparation, Execution and Deployment phases. You will assist in and carry out deployment actions, as instructed by the FSM deployment team.
You will learn the KONE global maintenance operations business processes and also how the FSM solution helps to support, add value and will transform that business in the future.
You will draft and help update communication and change management material related to FSM and Service Transformation 2020.
You will help to train and coach members of the frontline service delivery teams (technician, supervisor, KC3 agents, etc) regarding FSM and Service Mindset
You will gather, document and share best business practices.
Using tools and features that are core to the FSM solution you will help contribute to and edit FSM Knowledge Articles.
Other deployment related tasks, as required, from time to time.
