Identify and prioritize best practices that emerge relating to content development, customer relationship management and program management
Get first-hand experience to feed your intuition about the people we work with and how our business works
Assist with applications that facilitate customer success operations administration and support
Generate and create reports in Excel, Sales Force and other systems
May occasionally be contacting customer directly through email and phone.
Fluent English is mandatory
Should be pursuing a BA in Business Development/Marketing or related field
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to multitask, work independently and deal with ambiguity
Comfortable in a multinational environment.
