Attività:

 

RECRUITMENT

  • Managing internal and external job posting;
  • Screening applications and following up with candidates in our ATS;
  • Organizing and conducting Skype/live interviews;
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to coordinate second-round interviews and finalize the selection;
  • Actively contributing to the onboarding of interns.

EMPLOYER BRANDING

  • Contributing to the organization of employer branding activities;
  • Supporting the creation of employer branding materials;
  • Participating in university relationship management.

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS

  • Interacting with future interns to prepare their arrival;
  • Tracking and analyzing recruitment KPIs;
  • Collaborating with our HR Administration Team regarding required documents in the onboarding phase.
Requisiti principali:
  • Student or Graduate (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Economics or related fields;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Dynamic, proactive approach with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Attention to detail and strong result orientation;
  • Flexible and collaborative mindset with great team spirit;
  • First professional experience in the area of Human Resource Management and/or Recruitment is considered a plus.

IT Skills

  • Good skills in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Word);
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Languages

  • Proficiency in English;
  • Any other language is considered a plus.
