You will have the opportunity to actively work on exciting topics in the following areas:

• Mechanical design and “rapid prototyping”, including e.g. 3D printing
• Numerical simulation
• Heat transport and thermodynamics
• Development of electronic circuits and firmware programming
• Material characterization with thermoanalytical and rheological methods

You will take on responsible tasks, e.g:

• Supervision of experimental setups, validation and evaluation of experiments
• Development of technical concepts
• Development and testing of functional assemblies/prototypes
• Analysis and optimization of existing technical solutions

You will get to know various devices for thermal analysis and rheology and gain insights into different material classes

• You are a student (m/f/d) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics, process engineering, materials science or a comparable scientific/technical degree program
• You have a good technical understanding
• You work conscientiously, carefully, in a structured manner and are a team player
• You are highly motivated and reliable
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
