Your primary task will be to verify and enter invoices from Solar Group (Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Netherlands). You will be responsible for making sure vendor invoices are complete (quantity received), accurate (correct price and bank details), approved (authorized) and posted on time. You will have a chance to work with a team of specialists, support them with daily tasks. Finally, it will be your job to secure and support quality of daily processes.

• As a person, you are detail-oriented, accurate and you have strong analytical skills, willing to get to know the reality of working in an international environment within a Shared Service Center.
• Also our corporate language is English, so you’re expected to speak and write it at a good level.
• We have about 1 million materials in SAP, which means tons of data and invoices. Therefore, it is crucial that you work in a structured manner and you are willing to learn Accounting processes.
• Regarding IT skills, we expect you to have a good command of Microsoft tools.
