• Propose an experiment design for modeling the conversion rate for the conjugation processes of reduction, conjugation & re-oxidation
• Propose and execute a DoE strategy to optimize the conjugation platform.
• Define and deploy an analytical strategy to control the conjugation step.
• Support the collection and reprocessing of data in connection with DSP steps.
• Contribute to the interpretation of experimental results with respect to process performance.
• Collaborate and exchange with process experts.
• Document your work and propose avenues for improvement and further development.

You will be trained to work autonomously in the lab and on data analysis, participate in experimental design, and take part in all project-related discussions.

• Master’s student or engineering student in Biotechnology or a related field.
• Highly motivated, autonomous, and able to tackle complex problems.
• Strong team spirit and communication skills.
• Prior laboratory experience required. Experience in coding (Python, Momentum, Fluent application).
• Knowledge in analytical chemistry, robotic tools, is a plus
• Rigorous and meticulous, with a strong commitment to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) rules, especially when working with hazardous materials.
• Good written and oral communication skills in French and English.
