Attività:
- Monitor and analyse EU legislative and policy developments, particularly in the fields of transport, climate, and energy.
- Assist in preparing briefing notes, policy summaries, and internal updates.
- Support the organisation and preparation of events, working groups, and meetings with stakeholders and EU decision-makers.
- Contribute to the drafting of position papers, speeches, and presentations.
- Maintain and update contact databases and support outreach activities.
- Attend and report on relevant conferences, hearings, and institutional meetings.
- Provide general administrative and logistical support to the Public Affairs team.
Requisiti principali:
- - University degree (or in the final stages of studies) in Political Science, EU Affairs, International Relations, Law, Economics or related field.
- Sound knowledge of the EU institutions and legislative processes.
- Strong interest in EU rail and transport policy.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Moreover, knowledge of another EU official language is required.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
