We are offering an exciting internship opportunity to support the Global Cloud Customer Care office for our flagship product, S/4HANA Cloud, public edition. Our team is part of the Cloud ERP Product Engineering unit and plays a key role in ensuring smooth global operations and continuous improvement in customer support. As an intern, you will be introduced to a wide range of operational and project-related tasks. No prior experience is required — just a willingness to learn, a proactive mindset, and a keen interest in how mid/large-scale operations run behind the scenes.
