Attività:
  • Drive high-quality and holistic technical input for stakeholder decisions on relevant projects.
  • Contribute to new technology capability building within the global R&D community of The Vegetarian Butcher.
  • Ensure developers and process technologists are up-to-speed with the latest insights.
  • Scope literature for possible formulation and processing solutions.
  • Prepare lab samples for physico-chemical and sensorial analysis.
  • Perform analytical and sensorial tests, analyze data, and report results.
  • Support product developers and process technologists in lab and factory trials.
Requisiti principali:
  • You are enrolled (3rd or 4th year) in a Bachelor or Master program in Food Science/Technology, Food Physics, or Material Science.
  • You are curious, a fast learner, and can work independently in a lab.
  • You are skilled in literature research, experimental design, lab skills, data analysis, and scientific writing.
  • You are eager to learn and apply new knowledge with expert consultation.
  • You have good communication skills and can collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • You can plan and execute experiments independently and think critically.
  • You maintain a proactive attitude and curiosity.
  • You demonstrate knowledge about ingredient functionality and basic sensory evaluation.
  • Familiarity with meat analogues is preferred.
