Financial Reporting

• Develop and maintain financial reports to support project tracking and decision-making.
• Assist in budget monitoring, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial data across PMO platforms.

Digitalization Support

• Contribute to the digital transformation of PMO processes by identifying automation opportunities.
• Assist in the implementation and testing of digital tools and platforms.
• Support data migration, dashboard creation, and process optimization initiatives.

CAPEX Zone Lead Support

• Aid CAPEX zone leads in managing and updating PMO platforms.
• Ensure timely and accurate input of project data and milestones.
• Help track capital expenditure projects and maintain alignment with global standards.

General PMO Support

• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with PMO governance.
• Participate in team meetings, prepare presentations, and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Support internal audits and reporting cycles as needed.

Support to Engineering Team

• Perform ad hoc tasks and provide administrative or analytical support as requested by the engineering team.
• Assist in documentation, meeting coordination, and follow-up on action items.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualization and reporting
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Interest in or basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter with a strong interest in leading or contributing to digital projects
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
