Attività:
- Maintaining the client database by adding clients’ profile and updates;
- Supporting key account managers by providing feedback on the results of the market;
- Responsible for Sales administrative documentation, following the internal procedures to obtain proper contract database;
- Developing and maintaining reports according to the existing needs in the basic activity of the division;
- Liaising with the commercial and marketing department and with others departments of the company related business needs;
- Analyzing and studying the market, the competitors, the trends, and customer satisfaction;
- Connecting with finance responsible people, participating to finance meetings and updates the team as per project needs.
Requisiti principali:
- - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification - business or marketing field is considered an advantage;
- Communication & team-related skills;
- English language fluency: This enables you to easily collaborate with colleagues, partners and stakeholders;
- Problem solving mindset and analytical skills: you can execute with excellence on the most important things. You’re able to identify new opportunities and overcome barriers;
- Strive for customer satisfaction;
- Excel knowledge (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, IF, CHARTS) & a knack for database administration;
- Word and Power Point geekiness;
- Project management knowledge could be a plus.
