Attività:
- Booking of incoming invoices and travel expenses
- Reconciliation of credit card transactions
- Participation in optimization processes
- Monitoring of open items
- Communication with other departments and suppliers
Requisiti principali:
- - Currently a student, or have recently completed education/studies, or you are looking to embark on a new professional path
- Having initial knowledge in the field of invoice verification and/or accounting is an advantage
- Experience in using MS Office (especially MS Excel)
- Good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrate a sense of responsibility and maintain a meticulous and transparent work approach
- Teamplayer, with a great sense for flexibility
