Attività:
- Supporting the program manager in planning and implementing Bayer Foundation's scientific programs, e.g. fellowship programs
- Evaluating the performance of selected programs through independent data preparation, analysis, documentation, and proactive task implementation, e.g. analysis of fellowship applications and feedback
- Supporting communication activities with regard to relevant content, e.g. content for LinkedIn posts, Bayer Foundation website
- Co-developing and supporting community management activities for our alumni and fellows’ network, e.g. email communication, alumni meetings, scientific lectures.
Requisiti principali:
- - Enrolled in natural sciences degree program
- Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Quick comprehension and openness
- Passion for science and global sustainability goals
- Analytical and conceptual strength
- High degree of self-motivation and commitment as well as strong customer focus
- Excellent communication skills with a passion for innovative processes and changing challenges
- Fluent in English and good in German, both written and spoken.
