Attività:
- Customer account support
- Prioritize the receivables base to ensure the highest impact items get focus
- Be present on conference calls with customers and internal contacts to obtain commitments and accounts receivable resolution strategies
- Assist in resolving customer issues, including process issues, disputes, and billing, to facilitate customer payment of undisputed balances
- Collaborate on recommendations for process improvements focusing on the Customer-to-Cash cycle
- Support productivity and transformation initiatives.
Requisiti principali:
- - Degree in Economics/Management/Accounting or Equivalent
- Good Communication skills, namely English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work in an international environment.
