• You will lead or support a broad variety of projects throughout the EMEA-Latam region to embed our new Ways of Working and optimize the way we run the business: Portfolio reviews, Supply & Demand balance, Performance analysis, and new product development sell-in decks.
• You will assist the Senior Business Acceleration Manager in expanding RTD business throughout the region.
• You will manage the relationship with smaller markets to ensure they are supported on RTD-related topics.
• You will lead or support pure market extension projects to launch our RTD brands in new markets (Africa, Latam, Eastern Europe).
• You will ensure a strong collaborative approach with other Functional Teams (Portfolio, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance) to ensure robust Integrated Business Planning throughout the region.

• You are pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Finance or equivalent.
• You are fluent in English.
• You are proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• You have a strong understanding of Business Planning and have a broad business acumen (Finance, Marketing, Operations).
