Attività:
- Support the analysis of production flows (materials, work-in-progress, equipment, and information).
- Identify areas where we can improve processes, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance equipment reliability.
- Collaborate with teams to develop solutions using operational excellence tools (Lean, WPO, DEC, etc.).
- Work closely with diverse stakeholders to ensure changes are well-understood and embraced.
- Help assess and suggest digital tools to improve monitoring systems and real-time reporting.
Requisiti principali:
- - You’re an engineering student (industrial, mechanical, production systems, or related field) in your 4th or 5th year.
- You speak French and English fluently; German is a nice bonus.
- You have a strong eye for detail, a collaborative mindset, and a creative problem-solving approach.
- You enjoy being hands-on and working closely with others to achieve goals.
- You’re passionate about operational excellence and are eager to learn and grow within an industrial setting.
