Imagery Coordination & Logistics (Creative Studio Support)

  • Verify stock availability for products needing imagery and ensure timely shipping of correct samples to the studio.
  • Track physical samples (incoming/outgoing) and flag missing items; ensure regular status updates are shared with the Global Creative Studio.
  • Update internal tools and trackers to reflect accurate shoot readiness status.

Marketing Reporting & Operations (Marketing Team Support)

  • Maintain and update KPI dashboards and assist in collecting data for monthly / Seasonal performance reports.
  • Support the creation of reporting decks and visual summaries for internal marketing reviews.
  • Build and enhance templates, trackers, and documentation to improve process efficiency.
  • Help consolidate stakeholder inputs for our monthly newsletter.

Merchandising Operations Support

  • Support day-to-day merchandising tasks, including data entry, system updates, and reporting.
  • Assist in seasonal assorting processes.
  • Ensure database accuracy and support the maintenance and testing of sell-in tools.
  • Contribute to milestone meeting coordination and calendar management.

GTM Tool & Calendar Management

  • Input and manage accurate product and campaign data in the Go-To-Market (GTM) tool, supporting both Merchandising and Marketing planning.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving cross-functional calendars, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring timelines align with GTM milestones.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure calendar accuracy and smooth coordination between functions.
Requisiti principali:
  • Proactive, self-organized, and able to work independently with a strong attention to detail
  • Analytical and curious — eager to learn and improve processes
  • Demonstrates passion for the apparel/accessories industry, especially product knowledge (e.g., denim culture, fit, fabric, finish)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) familiarity with marketing tools is a plus
  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and basic graphic design tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable collaborating across teams
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
