Joining the P&O team means personally contributing to elevating the European region and our 14 markets through P&O activities and strategies. In your role, you'll directly engage with various stakeholders across Europe—P&O business partners, employees, and management. This internship offers a chance to immerse yourself in all strategic and operational P&O facets.

• Passion for Business/ Economics, Psychology or Human Resources
• Fluent in English
• Strong affinity and adeptness with digital tools (e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Canva)
• Excitement about collaborating in a diverse environment with individuals from varied cultural backgrounds
• Enthusiasm for crafting content and narratives focused on people's experiences
• Preferably having prior internship experience
• The responsibilities for this role will primarily focus on training & development, compensation & benefits, employer branding and organizational development while also encompassing other HR-related tasks as needed.
