Attività:
- Assist in planning, designing and updating activities related to the Control of Sources Network (CSN), scrap metal toolkit, and eLearning platform.
- Assist in the redesign, update, and maintenance of the SharePoint site on the scrap metal toolkit.
- Assist in content revision, updating, and delivery of related eLearning material.
- Support in content management, updating pages, modules, monitoring access, tracking course progress, and ensuring quality of delivery.
- Support engagement with regulators and users of the toolkit and eLearning material to identify needs and gather feedback.
- Other related tasks, as assigned.
Requisiti principali:
- - University Degree - University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Education Studies, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.), particularly SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Articulate 360 tools, web content management systems, and eLearning platforms and tools.
- Problem-solving abilities, creative, detail-oriented, and flexible, and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proactive and cooperative outlook and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Some experience with project management would be an asset.
- A scientific academic background is not essential, but a strong scientific culture would be an asset.
Applicant Eligibility
- Candidates must be a minimum of 20 years of age and have completed at least three years of full-time studies at a university or equivalent institution towards the completion of a first degree.
- Candidates may apply up to one year after the completion of a bachelor's, master's or doctorate degree.
- Good written and spoken English essential; fluency in any other IAEA official language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Spanish or Russian) an asset.
