Support in Investor and Distributor Relations

• Assist in maintaining strong relationships with investors, retail distributors, private banks, multimanagers, asset managers, etc.
• Respond to investor inquiries and provide relevant information about the firm’s investment strategies and products, in coordination with the various Tikehau Capital teams.
• Collaborate in the preparation of regular updates and customized presentations for clients and prospects.

Marketing and Communication Support

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of marketing materials, such as fund factsheets, brochures, and pitch decks.
• Participate in the drafting and proofreading of communication materials for investors and distributors, drafting sales arguments and writing commentary on the funds ‘performance/news.

Reporting and Performance Analysis

• Assist in the creation of performance reports and analytics for funds, strategies and internal stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze market and competitor data to support client interactions and strategic decisions.
• Handling CRM update requests: creating new accounts, adding new contacts, updating contact details, managing subscriptions, and maintaining client lists. 

Event Organization and Participation

• Support the organization of investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
• Prepare documentation and logistics for client events.
• Attend meetings and events to interact with clients, gather feedback, prepare meeting notes.

• You are preparing a Master 2 with a Finance option in a Business School or University,
• You are familiar with Powerpoint, Word, Excel and the Internet,
• You are dynamic, motivated and reactive,
• You have a good team spirit and a taste for challenge,

• You are fluent in written and spoken English,
