Attività:
- Support preparation of KPI using PMI logistic tools and reporting solutions
- Being a part of the Global Logistics community (Fulfilment & Warehousing)
- Revision of internal documents + accuracy of data in our operational tools
- Extracts relevant information and performs data validation
- Reconcile daily and monthly reports
- Supporting senior staff with daily and ad hoc tasks by using various logistic tools,
- Acquiring knowledge of SAP transactions
- Collaborate within department helping with other documentation/logistic tasks
Requisiti principali:
- - Students of the last years of studies or up to 1 year after graduation with aLogistics/Supply Chain/Economics, etc. background
- Preferably candidates available for a minimum of 32+hours per week
- Candidates with experience in using Microsoft Office tools and with Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas)
- Fluent English speaker
- Quick learners with good interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
- Individuals who can prioritize responsibilities and pay attention to details.
- Experience in using Power BI and VBA would be an asset
