Attività:
- Supporting HR process across different teams and brands.
- Delivering HR activities collaborating with Talent Acquisition and other HR functions.
- Working across different HR teams to bring to life our people agenda.
- Shadowing HR teams to learn about human resources and people management.
- Lead HR projects in the talent space (development, management, acquisition) based on our annual people goals.
Requisiti principali:
- - You will have a student status while beginning an internship or you have graduated already before in 2024 – it’s a must.
- You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You have curious mindset with passion for working with people.
- You are eager to learn and face up new challenges.
- First experience such as other internships, and extracurricular activities, is considered as a plus.
