The focus of the internship will be to gain experience within the day to day support of the maintenance and engineering department by supporting the technical administrator in the following areas:
- Analyze and trend production downtime to highlight problem areas, work with maintenance and engineering to implement improvements
- Manage the maintenance management system in terms of:
-Ensure WO`s are assigned correctly
-Ensure WO`s are closed on time
- Create dashboards to track performance KPI`s for the team and department
- Analyze data to create and present performance KPI`s in terms of monthly/weekly reports
- Monitor production tracking systems to highlight problematic equipment
- Create and update project trackers for action items needed within engineering and maintenance.
