  • Support the outbound process, including coordinating the order cycle and deliveries from the warehouse to customers.
  • Help execute order cycles, campaigns, and seasonal logistics aligned with the commercial calendar.
  • Support with Customer Service & Order Management activities to fulfil wholesale customer requests promptly and accurately.
  • Active participation in the documentation process (pictures + descriptions) of pure players customers.
  • Assist in return order processing, including tracking, handling claims, and managing invoices.
  • Support with B2B platform, assisting users and addressing inquiries.
  • Maintain and update customer data across ERP, CRM, and B2B platforms, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
