Online Reputation Management Intern, you will be instrumental in:
- Mitigating Negative Content: Actively monitor various online platforms (review sites, social media, forums, blogs, news outlets, etc.) to identify and address negative mentions, reviews, and content about our company
- Creative Content Removal Strategies: Research and propose innovative, ethical, and effective strategies for the removal or de-prioritization of damaging online content, adhering to platform guidelines and legal frameworks
- Promoting Positive Narratives: Identify, curate, and amplify positive customer experiences, testimonials, and brand stories across our digital channels to showcase our strengths and build a positive narrative
- Developing Scalable Processes: Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to develop and document repeatable, efficient processes and best practices for ongoing online reputation management activities. This includes creating playbooks for crisis response and proactive content strategies
- Review Management: Assist in responding to online reviews (both positive and negative) in a timely, professional, and brand-consistent manner, turning potential detractors into advocates
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor online reputation and identify industry trends and best practices in ORM
- Reporting & Analysis: Track key ORM metrics, provide regular reports on reputation trends, content performance, and the effectiveness of implemented strategies
- Content Collaboration: Work with content creators to develop proactive content designed to enhance our brand image and address potential areas of concern.
