• Assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of our Internal Talent Development and Trainee Programs, including learning sessions, workshops, and events and support in creating training material and resources
  • Maintain program documentation, including participant lists, schedules and feedback
  • Address questions and concerns from talents & trainees and provide them guidance throughout their program
  • Support the coordination and moderation of our global New Joiner Welcome Sessions
  • Support in the continuous development of the sessions and programs by gathering feedback, researching best practices and providing recommendations
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and other relevant stakeholders ensuring smooth cross-functional collaboration
  • Contribute to process improvements related to talent management and support in ad hoc tasks and projects.
