• Be the first point of contact for our customer queries via phone, web chat and email providing high quality advice and guidance
  • Provide a client focused experience through the timely and accurate management of administrative processes, such as (but not limited to): Internal mobility, Onboarding processes (assist in the organization of welcome days for our new hires, and in the on- and off-boarding operational processes, including system updates), Coach/buddy allocation, integration/exit surveys, Maternity/paternity/adoption follow up, and other general administration processes
  • Ensure all system related actions are completed accurately and in time for payroll
  • Data management (overtime, KPIs, performance process, …)
  • Support in producing Powerpoint slides deck on various HR topics
  • Participate in elaboration of internal HR communications
  • Schedule and organize meetings (integration, exit, long term leaves, performance process, …)
  • Contribute to wider projects and initiatives within HR Services, as required.
