• Management of the downstream flow of deliveries from our warehouses to the customer
  • Delivery incidents, redelivery, returns, and rework
  • Management and resolution of customer disputes and credit notes in conjunction with the transportation service provider and customer service
  • Management of inventory movements (losses and bonuses) and discrepancies (IT and real-time)
  • Monitoring of customer orders and deliveries
  • Control and updating of the transportation plan, organization of public holidays
  • Management of activity with the service provider: transport pre-invoicing, invoice control and validation, KPI monitoring, etc.
  • You will also be responsible for continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and reduce our carbon footprint 70% operational 30% analysis and reporting.
