- Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze marketing KPIs across channels (PR, email, social, web, events) and prepare weekly/monthly reports
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Support pre- and post-campaign analysis for digital campaigns (SEA, SEO and Display)
  • Build dashboards and visualizations to track campaign success and customer journey metrics

 

- Market & Competitor Research

  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor marketing activities, and digital asset market shifts
  • Summarize findings and provide actionable insights to the team.

 

- Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with other teams to align on data needs
  • Manage assigned marketing projects and tasks end-to-end by gathering information from stakeholders, and analysing, developing and implementing recommendations
  • Support in daily marketing tasks, when needed
  • Support People & Talent with PowerPoint presentations, data analytics and reporting.
