- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze marketing KPIs across channels (PR, email, social, web, events) and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
- Support pre- and post-campaign analysis for digital campaigns (SEA, SEO and Display)
- Build dashboards and visualizations to track campaign success and customer journey metrics
- Market & Competitor Research
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor marketing activities, and digital asset market shifts
- Summarize findings and provide actionable insights to the team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with other teams to align on data needs
- Manage assigned marketing projects and tasks end-to-end by gathering information from stakeholders, and analysing, developing and implementing recommendations
- Support in daily marketing tasks, when needed
- Support People & Talent with PowerPoint presentations, data analytics and reporting.
