  • Assist with day-to-day website merchandising, including launching digital campaigns, setting up promotions, and building landing pages.
  • Execute onsite search optimization and support with SEO improvements.
  • Share ideas and actively contribute to the ongoing development of ONeill.com websites.

CRM & Customer Engagement

  • Support planning and execution of newsletter and CRM campaigns.
  • Benchmark competitor newsletters and loyalty mechanisms.
  • Prepare CRM and email performance reporting on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis.
  • Assist with profiling and segmenting the consumer database.
  • Help update CRM business requirements, processes, and ways of working.

Campaigns & Analysis

  • Assist in online campaign planning, briefing, and execution in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Perform reporting and benchmark analyses across e-Commerce and CRM activities.
