• Maintaining the client database by adding clients’ profile and updates
  • Supporting key account managers by providing feedback on the results of the market 
  • Responsible for Sales administrative documentation, following the internal procedures to obtain proper contract database
  • Developing and maintaining reports according to the existing needs in the basic activity of the division
  • Liaising with the commercial and marketing department and with others departments of the company related business needs
  • Analyzing and studying the market, the competitors, the trends, and customer satisfaction
  • Connecting with finance responsible people, participating to finance meetings and updates the team as per project needs.
