• Creation and distribution of regular reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Support in short-/mid-/long-term volume planning and production allocation activities for all markets in collaboration with local field staff (Heads of Region) and headquarters’ counterparts at Porsche AG
• Steering of market, sales and competition analysis
• Monitoring and verifying of sales processes and key performance indicators
• Support in the management and contribution to the performance of individualization
• Preparation of presentations and ad-hoc requests as well as development and steering of individual projects.
