- Support PMO routines: plan tracking, RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), status reporting, Steering packs aligned with Temenos and NTT DATA Implementation Methodologies
- Maintain project documentation, action/decision logs; help track scope, timeline, budget/burn and resourcing.
- Contribute to workstream coordination across functional/technical/testing/data teams; support workshops (notes, synthesis).
- Build and maintain dashboards (Excel/PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI welcomed) and ensure data/CRM hygiene (e.g., lists, contacts, attributes).
