In this internship you will be part of a highly qualified team of product specialists and experience the interface between technology, IT, natural sciences and medicine. In the Customer Support Center you will help to support our laboratory systems for medical diagnostics. You will learn more about the daily business of the international Customer Support Center, including the coordination of the hotline and trainings for our customers in laboratories and hospitals in seven European countries.

 

Your tasks

  • Support and coordination of applicative and technical service projects
  • Support of workforce planning for hotline & training
  • Creation and maintenance of Knowledge Management Tools
  • Optimization and editing of process descriptions
  • Creation of analyses and reports for controlling purposes.
