• You support in the Developemnt of Customer Journey. Become an expert in defining, implementing and strengthening data-driven customer processes, while creatively establishing new customer touchpoints to enhance the customer journey across the culturally diverse 28 markets of the CEE region.
  • You gain deep insights into key business areas such as CRM, Customer Analytics and Strategic Marketing, by assisting in the implementation of CRM projects to enhance customer engagement.
  • You develop Data-Driven Projects. Participate in adapting and implementing predictive marketing projects, including Churn Management and Loyalty Campaigns.
  • You strengthen customer-oriented, logical, and structured thinking thorugh daily communication with colleagues across the 28 CEE markets, by supporting them in the central CRM system management and project steering.
  • Become and expert in Reporting and Data Management. Generate monthly reports and help update customer database to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of the customer journey.
