• Providing support with the organisation of meetings and (corporate) events taking place at Europol HQ and outside;
  • Assisting in the management of facilities-related tasks included in the Premises & Logistics portfolio;
  • Supporting the teams with the day-to-day management of the conference and other area;
  • Use of ICT (and other) systems for facilities and event management;
  • Managing communication with the team’s internal and external stakeholders.
